Raw in Italiy double prize also in 2018

Once again this year we have repeated our success at this competition dedicated to raw milk cheeses.

The winners for this edition were the “Caprinero”, one of the soft cheeses, in this case a raw milk goat’s aged with charcoal crust.

And “La Mora”, even receiving a special prize from the Jury, given the harmonious refinement made on this raw milk cow’s blue cheese with berries, elderberry, pepper, star anise and ginger.
